{"id":66,"date":"2017-12-23T11:24:15","date_gmt":"2017-12-23T05:54:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/csilucknow.com\/demo\/?page_id=66"},"modified":"2026-04-01T17:24:02","modified_gmt":"2026-04-01T11:54:02","slug":"membership","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/csilucknow.in\/?page_id=66","title":{"rendered":"Membership"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Any eligible officer, in\u00a0accordance with the By Laws of CSI can be the member of Institute.\u00a0Officers of Secretary Level and higher authorities to the Government of Uttar Pradesh\u00a0and officers\u2019 equivalent to these posts and ex-officio members\u00a0of the Governing Council and Executive Committee may get the membership at Institute.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"list\">\n<li>Membership may be opened to the serving officers of All India Services deployed in U.P. Cadre Provincial Civil Services Officers, and Officers at State Secretariat not below the rank of Special Secretary and Group \u2018A\u2019 or equivalent working under the State Government.<\/li>\n<li>Membership may also be offered to Executives of State Public Sector Undertakings (or of equivalent rank) subject to the approval of the Executive Committee.<\/li>\n<li>Associate Membership will be given to the Officers of Central Government Services or of equivalent status posted in Lucknow for a period of one year or extendable on yearly basis up to maximum period of serving in Lucknow.<\/li>\n<li>Those interested can become <strong>Lifetime Member<\/strong> of Civil Services Institute by paying a nominal fee of Rs.5,000 which will be applicable throughout their life (even after they get retired). IAS, PCS Executives, IFS, IPS can become lifetime member of the Institute.<\/li>\n<li>To become <strong>Associate Member<\/strong> of the Institute, interested officers need to pay a fee of Rs.50,000 for the first time and Rs.25,000\/ from second year (Revised from December 2025). This fee will be applicable for one year only.
